Most weddings require 8–10 hours of coverage, with additional time for multi-day celebrations like welcome dinners, boat excursions, and farewell brunches.

We collaborate closely with your planner and creative team to refine the timeline and logistics, ensuring a seamless flow without disrupting your experience. Our approach is unobtrusive yet intentional—we capture the moments effortlessly while guiding only when needed.

To align with your vision, we also create a vision board, translating your style into a refined visual guide that shapes the storytelling and artistic direction.

How do you make couples look like models? Will we look like the couples in your portfolio?

Most of our couples aren’t professional models, yet they appear effortlessly stunning in every frame. This isn’t about forced posing—it’s about capturing your natural chemistry, movement, and the way you truly feel in the moment.

We create an atmosphere that allows you to relax, be fully present, and move naturally, guiding you only when needed to enhance the beauty of the setting and the light. When will we receive our photos?

For couples sessions, your gallery will be delivered within three weeks. Full wedding galleries are ready within twelve weeks, with every image carefully curated, color-corrected, and refined to reflect our signature aesthetic.

For couples requiring press coverage or expedited delivery, we offer next-day sneak peeks or rush editing options. If you have specific timing needs, just let us know, and we’ll make arrangements.

What backup measures do you have for equipment and emergencies?

We have backups for everything. Cameras fail, memory cards corrupt, flights get delayed—but our extensive preparation ensures nothing is ever at risk. We travel with multiple camera bodies, lenses, memory cards, and hard drives to ensure your images are always safe.

Beyond equipment, we have a network of trusted professionals available should additional photographers, stylists, or content creators be needed. We operate with precision and contingency planning so that your wedding day remains seamless, no matter the circumstances.

When do you arrive for destination weddings?

We arrive at least one, often two, days before your celebration. This ensures we have time for location scouting, timeline coordination, and any unexpected travel delays. How do you handle privacy and discretion?

For high-profile clients and those desiring complete discretion, we offer NDAs, copyright transfers, and strict privacy agreements.
