Everything is flowing — going somewhere, animals and so-called lifeless rocks as well as water. Thus the snow flows fast or slow in grand beauty-making glaciers and avalanches; the air in majestic floods carrying minerals, plant leaves, seeds, spores, with streams of music and fragrance; water streams carrying rocks… While the stars go streaming through space pulsed on and on forever like blood…in Nature’s warm heart.

Lands End, where the world seems to fall off a cliff and you’re left with sweeping views of the Northern San Francisco shore as the great Pacific Ocean crashes into the beach. We trekked through the Coastal trail with the iconic Cypress trees hiding in the thick fog. The trail led us to Sutro Baths, the remnants of San Francisco’s long history where its residents would come to enjoy a grand swimming facility. The structure is now in ruins after a partial demolition and fire engulfed the remains, leaving behind a spot for urban hikers to explore.
